DAVID EDWARD OLSEN

David Edward Olsen, 27, of Nevada IA, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 1987, as a result of suicide after a mental illness of several years.

He was born March 27, 1960, at West Union IA to Norman and Roberta Olsen.

Survivors include his parents, Norman and Roberta Olsen of Nevada; a brother, Mathew Olsen of Ames IA, and two sisters, Alice Olsen of Iowa City IA and Elizabeth Oliver of Colfax IA.

There will be a memorial service at Williams United Methodist Church, Williams IA, Saturday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Anita Banes officiating. Burial will be at Nevada.

Memorials may be sent to the Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Central Iowa, PO Box 851, Ames IA 50010.
