Jessen Funeral Services Friday

Funeral services for Hans Jessen, 83, Nevada will be held Friday at 2 p. m. from the Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada.

He died yesterday at the Story County Hospital in Nevada where he had been a patient for the past 10 days.

Mr. Jessen, a Story County resident for last 40 years, was born in Chicago, Ill. He married the former Louise Patterson in Des Moines in 1909.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Covun, Des Moines; three grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. S. B. Nordskog, Cedar Falls, Mrs. Harrison Huntrod, Colfax and Mrs. Mary Malmanger, Nevada and one brother, L. T. Larson, Los Angeles, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his wife, two sisters and a brother.

Burisl will be in the Nevada cemetery. The Rev. W. R. Tuttle will officiate.
