Former Nevada woman, Mrs. Eunice Taylor, died Friday in Boone

NEVADA -- Mrs. Eunice (Orlin) Taylor, age 80, of Boone, formerly of Nevada, died Friday evening at the Boone County Hospital. Funeral services will be held from the Ryan Funeral Home of Nevada at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Wayne Hanson will officiate with burial in the Nevada Cemetery.

Born Nov. 22, 1915, in Jackson, Minn., to Emil and Cora Tostenson, she married Orilin Taylor Sept. 14, 1935 in Hollandale, Minn.

She is survived by her husband; five sons: Wayne of Ames, Donald of Radcliffe, Richard of Nevada, Paul of Anchorage, Alaska; and Michael and Douglas both of Boone; four daughters: Mrs. Beverly Middents and Mrs. Ardis Peden both of Boone, Mrs. Coreen Lawrence of Wheat Ridge, Colo.; and Mrs. Barb Thompson of Kelley; 28 grandchildren; and one brother, Victor Tostenson of Hollandale, Minn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters, two daughters and one grandson.
