W. H. GROOMES

W. H. Groomes, 61, well known farmer of southwest of Nevada, dropped dead of a heart attack while in the basement of his farm home, looking after some of his chores Thursday morning.*

The son, Dale, was with the father in the basement at the time.

He leaves, besides his wife Lydia Mae Groomes, five children, they being Alvin B. Groomes of near Nevada, Glen F. Groomes of Cambridge, Forrest E. Groomes of near Nevada, Bernice, now Mrs. Lester Myers of Nevada, and Dale of near Nevada.
