Stephen “Todd” Kimberley, 43, of Maxwell, Iowa passed away at Mary Greeley Medical Center, Tuesday, August 27, 2013.

Todd was born April 29, 1970 at Dryden, Ontario, the son of the Stephen F. Kimberley and Lee L. (Kimberley) Collins. Todd graduated in 1988 from D.W. Poppy High School in Langley, British Columbia. He moved to Iowa in 1988 and then attended Iowa State University for several years. He had worked for J. B. Hunt Trucking.

Todd was a left-handed pitcher and also loved golf, racquetball and tennis. He enjoyed fishing and nature. He was blessed with a photographic memory and had a love for the Lord that gave him the strength he needed in difficult times.

Todd is survived by his father: Stephen F. Kimberley of Maxwell, Iowa; his mother: Lee (Dale) Collins of Birch Bay, Washington; and three brothers: Sean (Jody) Kimberley of Urbandale, Iowa, Chris (Kara) Collins of Abbotsford, British Columbia, and Dean (Suzanne) Collins of Bellingham, Washington.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday at the Bacon Funeral Home in Maxwell.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday at the Maxwell Christian Church. Interment will be in the Peoria Cemetery near Maxwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Todd’s honor may be made to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America, National Processing Center, Attn: Honor and Memorial Gifts, PO Box 1245, Albert Lea, MN 56007.

The Bacon Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Maxwell are handling arrangements.
