MRS. IDA ANDREW

Funeral services will be held from the Ryan Funeral Home Tuesday at 11 a.m. for Mrs. Ida Andrew, 95, who died Saturday morning* at the Story County Hospital where she had been a patient for the past three weeks.

Rev. Marvin L. Hulse will officiate at the services Tuesday morning, with burial to be in the Nevada Cemetery.

In failing health for the past five years, Mrs. Andrew was born on June 26, 1877, in Pulaski, Iowa, to Austin and Susie Thayer. She had lived in Nevada the past 48 years.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include a son Herbert W. Andrew of Nevada, a daughter, Mrs. Helen Belitz of Carson, Calif., four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a sister, a son Harold and her husband P.W. Andrew, who died in 1958.
