Tillie Hermanson Died at Story City

Mrs. Tillie Hermanson, 76, died Thursday morning at the Sunset Home in Story City, where she had lived for one and one half years.

She was born in Norway and came to the U. S. in 1885. Funeral services will be Monday from the Sunset Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. from the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Story City with the Rev. H. T. Masted officiating. Burial will be in the Story City Municipal Cemetery.

The body will lie in state at Larson Funeral Home until 10 a. m. Monday.

Survivors include Mrs. Alda Davidson of Tyler, Tex., who was raised from a child by the Hermansons. Also surviving are brothers Peter Thorson of Coulter, Erik Thorson of Story City and Elmer Thorson of Kanawha, a sister, Mrs. Rachel Thompson of Jewell.

Her husband, Nels Hermanson, preceded her is death in 1951.
