Obituary for DeLoris Jean Johnson

DeLoris Jean Johnson, 83, passed away February 15, 2013, at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. No services are planned at this time.

DeLoris was born on February 26, 1929 in Story City, Iowa to Severin Anderson and Celia Lunde. She worked as a Dietary Clerk at Iowa Methodist Hospital for 28 years. Since 1986, she has lived in Des Moines. DeLoris enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also liked to go bowling.

She is survived by her three sons: Craig Johnson of Des Moines, IA, Todd (Sue) Johnson of Ankeny, IA and Chad ( Tina) Johnson of Ankeny, IA; daughter Kristi (Steve) Perry of Des Moines, IA; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: her parents, eight brothers and sisters and one infant grandson.

Soderstrum Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
