KILLED.--On Tuesday afternoon of last week, a short distance east of State Center, a German names Phillip Frie was run over by a freight train and his remains scattered along the track for rods. He was intoxicated before leaving town, and when discovered by the engineer was lying between the rails, but as it was down grade the train could not be stopped in time to save him.
