Michael Wayne Bauge was born August 18, 1947 to Donald and Oma (Wierson) Bauge in Ames, Iowa. He was employed in autobody repair work living in Florida and Michigan before returning to Iowa.

Michael is survived by his son, Shannon (Jennifer) Bauge of Sioux City; daughter, Shauna Bauge of Sioux City; nine grandsons, two granddaughters, and a great grandson; mother, Oma Bauge of Huxley; and two brothers, Jerrol Bauge of Slater and Allen Bauge of Huxley; plus numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and by his son Shayne.

He loved his family and friends and cherished the times he could spend with them. He enjoyed helping others as he was a "jack of all trades." But most of all he enjoyed his computer.
