Joyce Ann Larson

BORN: July 19, 1941

DIED: December 17, 2011

LOCATION: Story City, Iowa

Joyce Ann Larson was born July 19, 1941 to Guy and Blanche (Wike) Templer in Story City, Iowa. She graduated high school and technical school and was a licensed beautician, worked as a personal aide for handicapped children, was a custodian for the South Hamilton Community School District, and worked at McDonalds and Sam's Club. She married Louis S. Larson on June 11, 1966. Joyce was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and loved car races, crafts, gardening, and fishing.

Joyce passed away at her home in Story City on December 17, 2011 at 70 years of age.

Joyce is survived by her brother Bruce (Marvis) Templer of Union, Missouri; her niece Abby Templer; her nephew Chapman Templer; and her good friend Sharon Miller.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two daughters, Loree Larson and baby Ann Larson.

Memorials may be designated to Riverside Bible Camp.
