W. O. Cressy, a breakman on conductor W. M. Gallup's train, was killed on No. 23 freight at Carroll about 6 o'clock Friday evening, March 15, while switching. The deceased was a nephew of Mr. O. T. Marshall of Boone, and has been on the road several years.
