Mrs. Ingeborg Ostrem died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. O. F. Olson northeast of Roland Sunday morning after an illness of several weeks. The funeral was held Wednesday at one o'clock from the Fosen school house after which the remains were laid to rest by the side of her husband and two children in the cemetery near that school house. Mrs. Ostrem was an old pioneer of this state. She was born November 8, 1819, and at the time of her death she was 86 years, 2 months and 13 days. Her husband died 12 years ago and since that time she has mede her home with her children. Five children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Ostrem, three of whom survived them. The surviving children are Mrs. H. F. Wilson, T. A. Ostrem and Mrs. O. F. Olson.
