H. C. Elliott died this week at his home east of town as a result of an operation for all stones at the hospital at Rochester, Minn. At a meeting of the Odd Fellows last evening it was decided that the funeral will be held at Colo to-morrow where the remains are to be interred. He was quite well known and stood high with his immediate associates.

As noted last week the funeral of H. C. Elliott was held on Sunday last Rev. Shaw officiating from the church in Colo. We noted that the death was the result of a surgical operation of a few days previous. A couple of hack loads of the Nevada I. O. O. F. were in attendance at the time. Quite a number also came over from State Center to the exercises. His age was 57 years.
