McCallsburg Tribune--

Wednesday evening at 5:30 the spirit of Jacob Erickson took its flight. He had been quite ill for several weeks and the end has been expected for sometime.

He was 72 years of age at the time of his death and has spent many years of his life at this place, being one of the pioneers.
