Funeral services -were held on Friday, July 17, for Mrs. Willie Egemo, Rev. G. O. Paulsrud conducting, assisted by Rev. S. T Nelson. Prayer service was held at the home near Story City and funeral services were at conducted at Elim Lutheran church, in Story City, of which Mrs. Egemo had been a life-long, member. The pall bearers were Virgil Williams, Millard Lee, Henry Skele, Martin Henderson, E Gabrielson and Theo Jacobson. Interment was in the Mt. Olive cemetery at Randall. Inger Millang Egemo, daughter of Herman and Ingeborg Millang, was born on her parent's homestead, four miles east of Randall, on July 1, 1891, and passed away at her home (the old Butler farm, one mile northwest of Story City) on July 14, 1942, at the age of 51 years and 13 days. Mrs. Egemo had been a member of Elim Lutheran church, Randall, since birth. In this church she was baptized, confirmed and wed. She was baptized on September 6, 1891, and was confirmed October 14, 1906. She was united in marriage to William A. Egemo on October 10, 1916. She had lived in the Story City community all her life, and for many years on the Butler farm. She leaves to mourn her passing, besides her husband, Willie Egemo, five brothers, Ole Millang of Thompson, Nels and John Millang of this place, and Embert and Peter on the home farm; also two sisters, Mrs. John Oppedal and Mrs. Arthur Carpenter of Story City. Her parents and a sister, Betsey, preceded her in death.
