George W. Brown was born August 21, 1832, at New Comerstown, Tuscaramo County, Ohio and died Jan. 25, 1905, having reached the ripe old age of 72 years 5 months and 4 days. He came west in 1852, and was married to Eliza Bewley Dec. 20th, 1857. He was the father of five sons of whom three survive him.
