Zearing Enterprise.

After an illness of about three weeks Mrs. L. A. Porter passed away at her home five miles south of Zearing, on Saturday Dec. 17, in the twenty seventh year of her age. She was surrounded by her devoted husband, his brother, Arthur, and sister, Mrs. Morfey, and other relatives and kind neighbors.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Mrs L. A. Porter" was Amy Elberta (Stark) Porter, wife of Luther Albert Porter. Arthur and "Mrs. Morfey" referred to above were Luther's siblings, "Mrs. Morfey" being Bertha Elsie Porter wife of Edward George Morfey.
