Sadie McQuiston was born in Jasper county, Iowa, Feb. 23, 1858. She was married to W. A. Parker, Dec. 24, 1875. She was not a member of any church, but was a faithful follower of her Savior and died in the triumphs of living faith at the home of her father, Silas McQuiston, Nov. 3, 1904. She leaves her husband, one son, her father and mother, five sisters and one brother to mourn her deatd.
