Monday W. D. Gandrup died at his residence in Story City at quite an advanced age. He has been one of the leading merchants for a great many years of that city and retired from business several years since. Yesterday quite a number of our people went to Story City to attend the last services that could be given a good man. Among them were County Auditor Peterson, ex-sheriff Boyd, attorney Vinje, and several others.
