From Story County Watchman January 8, 1904

Last evening Mrs. A. Donnahugh received word that J. C. Duke, of Boulder, Colorado, had just died at his home from paralysis. He was a brother-in-law of the lady.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Mrs. A. Donnahugh" was Eliza Ann (Ulum) Donahugh, wife of Alexander Dunahugh. Eliza's sister, Mary Jane "Jane" Ulum married John C. Duke. Eliza Ann Ulum and Mary Jane Ulum were the daughters of Josiah Ulum and Elizabeth Ann (Walters) Ulum.
