Maxwell Tribune: ....Charles Hurst was born in Jasper county, near Colfax, August 22, 1880 and died at his home southeast of Maxwell, July 14, 1902, age twenty-one years, ten months and twenty-two days. He was married to Miss Adelia Gifford February 9, 1602.
