Sunday evening Mrs. Lincoln Smay died at her home in this city at the age of 32 years. She was a daughter of W. C. Murphey one of our oldest settlers and was married to Mr. Smay ten years ago whom she leaves with six little ones to mourn her loss. To those who knew her she will be long remembered for her kindliness and geniality. The last rites were held at Johnson Grove Tuesday under the direction of Revs. Yeager of Wintersett and Shrader of Nevada.
