Story City Herald: ....Nels B. Jacobson died last Saturday evening at his home west of the Sheffield school house, having been a sufferer from a chronic ailment for years. He had lived in Iowa over thirty-four years and leaves a wife and six children to mourn his death. Five children have already gone on before. Mr. Jacobson was past seventy years of age.
