Chas. H. Jackson died at his residence in this city Thursday morning at 4 o'clock at the age of about 58 years. He was one of the veterans of the late unpleasantness and a member of the G. A. R. of this city. The funeral will be held this afternoon at the M. E. church of which he was a member in good standing, and the last rites will be under the direction of the Grand Army and Relief Corps.
