Ames Watchman.

Carlos Howe, an elderly gentleman of about 83 years, living north of Kelly suicided Tuesday evening by shooting himself just above and a little back of the right ear with a 32 revolver. Mr. Howe is a widower, his wife dieing some eleven years ago. At the time of his death he was living with another family in one part of his house. The funeral was held at the home at 1 p. m., Thursday morning and the remains interred at Pleasant Grove.
