From Story County Watchman November 19, 1897

Miss Anna May Weidner died at her hom in Nevada Nov. 12. She was born in Story county, Iowa, Feb. 17, 1876, and died with diphtheria, having been sick only a few days. She leaves a father, one sister and three brothers to mourn her loss.
