From Story County Watchman August 6, 1897

Collins Liberator: ....Mrs. Louis Perry died at her home, seven miles south of town, Tuesday morning at 7 o'clock after a week's illness.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Although she died in Jasper County, "Catharine L. Perry" is buried in the Collins Cemetery, Story County, Iowa. In every census I can find, her husband is listed as "Lewis Perry." Other than the 1870 census where she is listed as Catharine, every subsequent census lists her as Lucinda.
