Friday evening the team driven by Dan. Prescott became frightened while near the railroad crossing throwing him out of the wagon, injuring him so severely that he died Sunday morning. He was a single man living with relatives north-west of this city. The accident was a sad one, a brother only a year or so ago being killed by the cars just west of Ontario. The remains were promptly examined by the proper authorities and rendered a verdict in accordance with the facts.
