DIED.--Glenn, son of William and Eva Whiteman, was born Sept. 8, 1895, died Feb'y 15, 1896. The funeral services was held at the home near McCallsburg, Monday, at 10 a. m. conducted by Rev. J. W. Henderson in the presence of a company of friends and neighbors who sympathize with the family in their deep affliction. The remains were laid to rest in the Nevada cemetery.

While preparing for the funeral Mr. Whiteman received a message calling them to the funeral of his father John Whiteman, of Gridy, Ill. With his family his brother Frank Whiteman, of Nevada and his sisters Mrs. Geo. Nutt and Mrs. Harry Rebman and their families. Mr. Whiteman left Nevada Monday evening to attend the funeral at Gridly Tuesday afternoon.
