DIED.--Ed. McNichols died at his residence in this city last evening at quite an advanced age. He was a native of Ireland, but came to this country at an early day, and some twenty years ago came to Story county and settled upon a farm north of town upon which he resided until a short time since, when he moved to town. The funeral will take place tomorrow trom the Catholic church in this city. He leaves a wife and grown up family to mourn his loss.
