OBITUARY.--Mr. Colben Sime was born in Norway, June 22, 1822, and departed thi life May 5, 1894. He came to America in the year 1852, settling first in Illinois, afterwards about four years he has resided in our midst and by his sterling worth as a citizen won many friends. His wife and four children survive him. The funeral obequies were held Monday, May 7th, at the family residence just south east of Nevada and the interment took place in the Nevada cemetery. Religious services were conducted by Rev. C. C. Holter of Roland, assisted by Rev. A. B. Shrader.
