On Friday last Mrs. Benjamin Barber died in Des Moines, aged 85 years. Sunday the remains were brought to this city and Monday they were deposited in the cemetery south-east of the city known as the McDaniels, beside her husband who was buried there several years ago. The family moved to Story County nearly 40 years ago and she made her home in this locality until a few years since. She is the mother of Mrs. Robinson who lives near the public square in this place.
