From Story County Watchman June 20, 1884

Dr. George Frazee, formerly of Greencastle, Iowa, died at Shelby county and was buried there last Sabbath. It is said that two thousand people followed his remains to their last resting place. He died of quick consumption, induced by drink and exposure. He admitted that he had committed suicide with strong drink. He was a splendid doctor, and about 39 years old.--Newton Herald.

Dr. Frazee lived at Colo in this county for years, and was known as a most successful physician, but the one curse of the human race was his bane.
