Mr. D. P. Wood's family lost two children last week of diphtheria and some other members of the family are quite ill and not expected to live.

NOTE FROM SUBMITTER: This is in reference to children of David Porter Wood and Harriet Theresa (Bickford) Wood. The children died the same day, February 15, 1882.
