DIED.--On the 12th inst. at Storm Lake, Iowa, Henry Jager of Diptheria.

His only child followed on the 16th to meet her Papa in Heaven where parting will never come. He leaves a wife, father, mother and four sisters and one brother and hosts of friends to mourn his loss. He was one of our most noble and best men, loved and esteemed by all who knew him. It is a comfort to the bereaved ones to know he has a home in Heaven, and that he was ready and willing to go at the call of the Redeemer. He was the brother of Mrs. T. B. Howland of Milford, Story county.
