Mrs. Ole Mathison

Mrs. Ole Mathison of Roland died Monday, December 18, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. S. J. Nessa, in Story City, aged sixty-nine.

Mr. and Mrs. Mathison, went Tuesday, the 11th to Story City to spend a few days with the Nessa family. Mrs. Mathison being then in good health; but that evening she suffered an attack of pneumonia, and the disease grew worse till on Monday of this week death relieved her. The remains were taken to Roland Thursday, and the funeral is held there at two o'clock this afternoon.

This death is a sever blow to the bereaved husband and children. The latter are: Mrs. S. J. Nessa of Story City, O. S. and C. J. Mathison of Roland, T. P. Jacobs of Bancroft, Mrs. S. Nelson of McCallsburg, Mrs. A. Nelson of Bisbee, N. D., L. M. Mathison of Elmore, Minnesota, and E. H. Mathison of South Dakota. Her other descendants are twenty-four grandchildren.
