Rites set for Mrs. Galbreath

Christensa Galbreath, 71, 113 Howard St., died Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at Mary Greeley Hospital after an illness of four months.

Born Aug. 23, 1895 at Ruthven, she came to Ames in 1948.

She was a member of Collegiate Presbyterian Church and the Wimodausis Club.

Mrs. Galbreath is survived by two sons, John of Buckeye and Don, 113 Howard St.; a daughter, Mrs. Harold Borwick, Council Bluffs; two brothers, John Fosse, Buckeye, Alfred Fosse, Roland; a sister Mrs. Sadie Kuhns, Des Moines and six grandchildren.

She was prceded in death by her husband, Orlo, in 1961 and by four brothers and a sister.

Funeral services were Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from Collegiate Presbyterian Church with the Rev. R. Samuel Buffat officiating. Burial was in Story Memorial Gardens.

A memorial has been established for the organ fund at Collegiate Presbyterian Church.
