CLARK YOUNG FORMER AMES RESIDENT, DIES

Clark Young, 49, a native of this vicinity, died of pneumonia at Primgbar Friday afternoon. He had been ill but a few days.

Funeral and burial services will be held at Primghar Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock.

Mr. Young was a nephew of E. E. Sowers of Ames, his mother being the only sister of Mrs. Sowers. Both his mother and father, George K. Young, survive. He leaves also six children, three of them small. His wife died about a year ago.

Mr. Young was born on a farm three miles east and three miles north of Ames and lived in Story county until his family moved to Primghar in 1903. He attended Nevada high school.

George K. Young is a cousin of Charles, Ed, J. Bert and J. B. Kooser, all of Ames.
