BOY DIED SATURDAY

Ernest Charles Holm, ten year old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Holm of Marshalltown, former residents of this community, died Saturday at the home of his parents. The body was brought here for burial, the funeral being held Monday forenoon in Bergen church with Rev. H. N. Bakke of McCallsburg officiating. Miss Charlotte Cole sang a solo at the funeral.

The boy was born February 11, 1924 at Roland and was 10 years, 5 months and 3 days old at the time of his death. He was taken ill Tuesday last week with septisemia. Besides his parents he leaves three brothers and three sisters.
