Young Mother Passes Away to Her Rest After Long Suffering

Mrs. Rachel Lura died at McCallsburg last Monday morning after a siege of ten months sickness. She was born April 27, 1882 and was 26 years, 11 months and 8 days at the time of her death. About seven years ago she was married to Paul Lura, to which union one child was born, who with her father is left to mourn one who will leave a vacant place in the home. Besides her husband and child she leaves three sisters, four brothers and parents, and numerous friends to mourn her untimely death.

The funeral was held yesterday from East Bergen church, Rev. G. Smedal of this place officiating. A large number of friends were present at the funeral to pay their last tribute to a loved one. The bereaved ones are extended the sympathy of a large circle of friends in the hour of their deep sorrow.
