The Nevada Representative, Nevada, Story County, Iowa, April 14, 1880.

Died.

In Union township, April 8th, Willie E. youngest child and only son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Coggshall, aged 16 months.

A late tender rose--bud beautious and fair,
Promised to prove a bright flower with care;
But 'twas not to live, Death's hand passing by,
Claimed it as his, to transplant it on high.
A sweet little babe with voice light and clear,
Music so sweet to a fond mothers ear,
Encircled each day so closely my heart,
Now rent with deep grief to see thee depart.

The parents desire to return their heartfelt thanks to their neighbors and friends for their kindness and sympathy shown during their late bereavement.
