THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, April 2, 2010.

Doris Bucklin, 57, of Ames, died March 27, 2010. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, at St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Doris was born Oct. 6, 1952, in Jefferson, to Richard and Gayle (Skews) Bucklin. She had worked as a CNA. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, Rhett, Jacob, Harleigh, Jaclynn, Lynnzi and Grace, feeding the birds.

She is also survived by her son, Richard; daughter, Gaylynn (GiGi) Prater (Bob); ex-daughter-in-law, Laura Kuliski; sister, Jodi Klingseis (Pat); niece, Katherine Klingseis; and nephew, Joshua Cory.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.

Adams Funeral Home is assisting the family.
