Eric Lundby (1944 - 2009)

Eric Lundby, 65, passed away Monday, Dec. 14, 2009.

Memorial service: 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Eric, a devoted husband and father, grew up in New Virginia, Iowa, and proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a loyal, kind and generous man, a devout Lutheran and member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fort Worth. Eric had a long and distinguished career in property and casualty insurance and excelled in his field. An accomplished golfer and season-ticket-holding Dallas Cowboys fan, he derived much joy from his hobbies and athletic pursuits. Eric's generosity and love were greatly appreciated by many.

Survivors: Wife, Diane Lundby; daughter, Jessica Lundby; sisters, Eva Deal and husband, Max, and Erin Fox and husband, Ed; nieces; nephews; and close friends, Lyle and Cindy Peterson.
