DIED. In Sherman township, July 8th, 1878, little Lessie, only child of Mr. and Mrs. F. B. Snelling aged 2 years 7 months and 12 days.

Thou are gone dear little Lessie,
To the bright home above,
From this world of sin and sorrow,
To one of joy and love.

Although our home is lonely.
And we miss thy gentle voice,
We know thou'rt a little angel
And with them do rejoice.
