THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, October 2, 2009.

Cameron Nickolaus Tuhn, 29, of Roland, died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 5, at Cornerstone Church in Ames.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4, at Stevens Memorial Chapel in Ames.

Cameron was born Oct. 4, 1979, in Ames. He attended Madrid elementary schools and Boone High School. He had been employed in the construction business, roofing, drywalling and painting. He was honored to be part of a pit crew at the Boone Speedway. His other interests were baseball, softball, fishing, boating, drums and guitar.

He is survived by his wife, April Barden Tuhn, of Roland; two sons, Aaron Nigro, of Ogden, and Kaeden Tuhn, of Fort Dodge; two stepsons, Shannon and Zachary Barden, of Roland; mother, Twila (David) Ingham, of Boone; siblings, Angela Tuhn Pritchard, Kristina Nelsen, Michael Pruden and Brielle Washington; and uncles and aunts, Tony (Tammy) Martz, of Boone, Thomas Martz, of San Francisco, and Teresa Fogg, of Massachusetts.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Memorial contributions may be made to State Bank and Trust in Nevada.
