THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Tuesday, August 4, 2009.

Dale C. Kniss, 76, of Owasso, Okla., died Monday, July 20, 2009. Services are pending for late August.

He is survived by one daughter, Karen Kniss, of Ankeny; three sons, Kirk (Karen M.), of Ames, Kent (Cindy), of Granger, and Kevin (Dawn), of Owasso, Okla.; six grandchildren; and one great-grandson. His former wife and mother of the children, Marilyn Kniss, of Ames, and one brother, Don, of Waterloo, also survive.
