Marjorie Verdell Danielson, 92, of Story City, died Friday, May 15, at Bethany Manor in Story City. Funeral services will at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 24, in the chapel at Bethany Manor. Burial will be in Homewood Cemetery in Ellsworth.

Marjorie was born June 4, 1916, and lived more than one-third of her 92 years at Bethany Manor. She grew up in Ellsworth, where she lived with her parents, Orm and Emma, until their deaths.

She is survived by 16 nieces and nephews whose names, families and birthdays she always remembered.

She survived her six siblings, one niece, one nephew, one great-niece and one great-great-nephew: Constance, Elston, Arlene, Faithe, Homer, her twin sister Margaret, Rae Jean, Edward, Jody and Chase.

She was blessed by the loving care she received at Bethany Manor and the many lives she touched and who touched hers.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory will be gratefully received by Bethany Manor, 212 Lafayette, Story City, IA, 50248.
