THE NEVADA JOURNAL, Nevada, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, February 5, 2009.

Barry Lee Zook, 68, born July 20, 1940 in Nevada Iowa, passed away January 20, 2009 in Fontana California. He is survived by the love of his life, Deborah, 3 children, Kathy (Jim) Phillips, Mike (Christine) Zook, Laura Zook, 5 grandchildren, parents Lee and Helen Zook of Story City, IA. Sisters Diane (Frank) McLauglin, Claudia Anderson, Candy (Bill) Fredericksen and Many Nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his loving brother, Gary, grandparents Albert and Minnie Hill, Earl and Eva Zook and 1 niece Cami Anderson.

There will be a celebration of Barry's life at a later date in Iowa.
