Mrs. M. Mason Dies Saturday, Rites Monday

Mrs. Martha M. Mason, 77, who had made her home here for the past five years with her daughter, Mrs. Josle Winklepleck, 2809 Wood street, died at 7:3O p. m. Sunday, following a long illness.

Mrs. Mason was born in Bedford Dec. 14, 1858, and made her home here after the death of her husband.

Surviving Mrs. Mason are two daughters, Mrs. Winklepleck of Ames and Mrs. Laura E. Roberts, Greenleaf, Kan.; one son, Harry Mason, Greenleaf, Kan.; one brother, Alec Hayes, Cherokee, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Rounds, Brooklyn, la., and Mrs. Jane Brunfield, Wichita, Kan.

Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. Monday from the Duckworth funeral home, with the Rev. Walter Barlow, pastor of the Collegiate Presbyterian church in charge. Burial will take place in Greenleaf, Kan.
